A few little details.

Delivery

We currently accept delivery addresses within Kerala. Delivery costs ₹49 for orders below ₹499 and is free on orders of ₹499 or more. Delivery eligibility is checked using the pincode entered at checkout. Our team may contact you if an address is outside a courier's service area.

Payments

All orders are prepaid through Razorpay. Cash on delivery is currently unavailable. An order is confirmed after the payment is captured and verified. If a payment is debited but your order is still pending, check My orders again shortly before making another payment.

No returns

We do not offer returns on food products. If an item arrives damaged, an incorrect item is delivered, or you have a payment issue, keep the packaging and order reference for our team to review. This policy does not limit applicable consumer rights.

Order tracking

Our team manually updates your order from confirmation to packing, shipping, out for delivery and delivery. Sign in and open My orders to see the latest status, courier and tracking reference.

Product information

This is a demonstration catalogue. Product names, pack sizes, prices and ingredient lists are sample data. Check the final product label for ingredients, allergens, storage guidance and best-before information.

Your information

Your account and address information are used to process orders and provide tracking. Card and UPI credentials are handled by Razorpay; this store does not collect or store them. Account pages are private and require sign-in.
